Case Studies
The case studies featured here represent a selection of work across supply chain design, automation, simulation, optimization, and engineering process improvement. They range from validating high-throughput material-handling systems and sizing robotic fleets to developing analytical tools, improving facility layouts, and creating more scalable approaches to solution development.
Each case study examines the operational or business need, the engineering methods used to evaluate it, the key decisions and tradeoffs involved, and the resulting impact.
