My approach to supply chain engineering is grounded in technical rigor, practical execution, and clear communication. Models, tools, and technologies are valuable only when they help teams understand a problem, evaluate tradeoffs, and make better decisions.
These principles guide how I design solutions, build analytical tools, lead technical work, and communicate recommendations.

Model for the Decision
A model should be only as detailed as the decision requires.
The goal is not to recreate every aspect of an operation. It is to identify the constraints, assumptions, and sources of variability that materially affect the outcome. A useful model makes those elements visible and allows teams to test alternatives before committing time and capital.
